Chef De Partie
The Earl Spencer team requires a strong Chef de Partie with ambition to become a Sous Chef within six months
The Chef de Partie will be involved in weekly specials planning and creation, rotating between the Hot and Cold sections
Here at The Earl Spencer, we make everything on site including Ice Creams, Breads, Pickles, Chutneys, and all the sauces so therefore a basic knowledge of the above processes are an advantage
Extra onsite training will be provided, and you will work closely with the Head Chef to develop the necessary skills to maintain the quality and style of the cuisine we offer
We are a small team and rely on each member to be on time, presentable and energetic during working hours. We all participate in the necessary tasks to keep the kitchen clean, and in 5-star hygiene rated condition
Open Wednesday to Sunday with only one double shift Saturday and an early finish on Sunday
Monday and Tuesday are days off so there is no requirement for extra shifts and a normal working week is between 45 and 50 hours
