Hotel Houskeeping
We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic, self motivated and experienced Housekeeping Trainer to join our team in a fantastic operations team taking care of a group of hotels in the London and Greater London area with some occasional travel to Gatwick
As Cluster Training, you will responsible for the provision of training to the housekeeping team.
Your duties will include, but not be limited to:
• Training new Room Attendants which includes induction training, Health, and safety training such as fire safety, manual handling, and COSHH training.
• Carry out refresher training and monitor and record trainees aptitude to ensure that they are delivering the expected standards
• Ensure all staff are trained on and fully conversant with all relevant areas of Health & Safety and required training paperwork is completed and signed
• Ensure all staff are trained in and adhere to policies and procedures e.g. lost property
• Assist with ensuring staff have all the necessary equipment needed to perform their duties
• Complete weekly audits with the Area Manager, where appropriate and action issues
• Complete quality checks using the Omni Facilities Management quality app on a daily basis
• Working in collaboration with the housekeeping department Management and company L&D Manager in any other training incentives
You must have:
• Previous experience as a Supervisor or Trainer in a busy hotel Housekeeping department
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent organisation skills
• Confident, professional and welcoming personality
