Looking for a nice, tidy and dependable person to rent my lovely double bedroom while I'm temporary away on a holiday - maximum till the 31st. of March. Will consider shorter than 2 months let, but the price will vary.

It's a 4 bedroom property, located just 2 minutes away of walking distance from all the shops (Sainsburys, Coop, offlicences, post office, different takeaways. Belvedere is very pleasant, cosy and safe village to be in. The house is usually very quiet and is kept tidy. The other housemates are: one nice young Indian couple living in a ground floor bedroom who use their own separate bathroom. Other 3 bedrooms are on the first floor. Two other rooms are occupied by 2 single men. One of these bedrooms is en-suite, so you will have to share the first floor bathroom with one person only. All housemates are very quiet and busy with their lives. The kitchen/dining area/living room is fairly spacious and there is plenty of cupboard space for everyone (you will have use of 3. See pictures). There are 3 tall fridges in the house- so you will share 1 fridge between the two.
If you are interested, there are these special condition we need to agree on:
1) Its a short let and the property MUST BE vacated on or before March 31st. 2023
2) Its a temporary sublet and some of my personal things are still left in the room, but carefully packed and tucked away.
3) You must agree to clean after yourself in the kitchen, use things with care and be respectful with the housemates.
Price 130£/week if rented for the whole 2 months. If shorter - price may vary.
All bills included.
